2. What we sell
We sell digital, downloadable PDF educational guides about trading concepts, historical data studies and rules-based processes. Each purchase is a one-time payment granting lifetime personal access to the purchased guide. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
3. Educational content only — no investment advice

Third-party indicators referenced in our guides are credited to their original creators; our guides are independent educational studies and are not affiliated with or endorsed by those creators.
5. Pricing & payment
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment gateway.
6. Delivery, cancellation & refunds
Delivery is digital and instant — see our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Because products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final — see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trading Edge Academy shall not be liable for any trading losses, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Andhra Pradesh, India.
