Digital products — nothing is physically shipped
Trading Edge Academy sells digital products only (downloadable PDF guides). No physical goods are sold, so no physical shipping, courier or freight charges apply to any order.
How delivery works
- Instant delivery: as soon as your payment is confirmed by our payment gateway, you receive a secure download link on the order-confirmation screen and by email to the address you provided at checkout.
- Delivery timeline: delivery is typically instant, and in all cases within 2 hours of successful payment.
- Format: each guide is delivered as a PDF file readable on any phone, tablet or computer.
If you don't receive your download
First check your spam/promotions folder. If the email still hasn't arrived within 2 hours of payment, contact us with your payment reference and we will re-send the download link within 24 hours.
