All sales are final
Our products are digital PDF guides delivered instantly after payment. Because the complete product is received the moment you download it and cannot be "returned", we do not offer cancellations or refunds once a purchase is completed. This is clearly disclosed before purchase on every product page and at checkout.
Before you buy
We encourage you to read the full product description, the FAQ, and the contents list on each guide's page so you know exactly what you are purchasing. If you have any question about whether a guide is right for you, contact us before buying — we'll answer honestly.
Exceptions — we'll always make it right
- Non-delivery: if you paid but did not receive your download link within 2 hours, contact us with your payment reference. We will re-send the file, or if we cannot deliver it within 72 hours, issue a full refund.
- Corrupted or unreadable file: we will replace it free of charge.
- Duplicate payment: accidental duplicate charges for the same product are refunded in full.
How refunds (where applicable) are processed
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days via our payment gateway.
